One who drank wine or grape juice and now wants to have grapes as well needs to say ha'etz on the grapes and he cannot rely on the beracha of hagefen that he said on the wine. However, if he accidentally said hagefen instead of ha'etz or if afterward he accidentally said al hagefen instead of al ha'etz, he has fulfilled his obligation to say the before and after berachot and does not subsequently say the proper beracha.
