Day: Sunday Date: June 19, 2016 Parshat: Biha'aloticha Yalkut Yosef: O"H: 212
In memory of Hannah bat Shelomo.
One who eats a small piece of bread in order to remove a salty or spicy taste etc. from his mouth does not say a beracha on the bread. However, if he ate more than a kezayit of the bread he says Birkat Hamazon. Such a person who is saying Birkat Hamazon does not say boreh nefashot on the other food that he ate.
DSH is brought to you in memory of Rabbi Mordechai ben Daniel. Please visit us online at sephardichalacha.org |
