One who walks into a store which sells spices or flowers and enjoys the scent says the beracha of "boreh minei besamim." If the store does not have actual spices, but rather has essences, water in which spices have soaked, or empty spice containers on which the scent still lingers, no beracha is said. After saying the beracha, even if one remained there all day only the one initial beracha is said. If he left and returned no new beracha is said if when he left he intened to return. If he did not intend to come back, a new beracha is said when he comes back.
