As mentioned previously, one who said a beracha on wine or grape juice does not say shehakol on other drinks. One who said hagefen and then did not have enough wine to say an after berahca but did have enough of other drinks to require an after beracha, does not say al hagefen. Instead he says boreh nefashot to cover everything. One who drank a revi'it of hard alcohol all at once does not say an after beracha if that is not normally done where he is.
