One who is about to drink something which is shehakol and when he started saying the beracha intended to correctly say shehakol but somehow accidentally said boreh pri hagefen, does not need to say a new beracha since at the time he said HaShem's name he had the right intention. However, if he realized right away that he said the wrong beracha he should quickly correct himself by saying the words "shehakol nihiya bidvaro."
